Getting up to speed quickly will ensure a positive start for the new hire.

With our process, your new hire will already have an excellent understanding of his or her first year objectives when they arrive on the job.

We then conduct a quick-start session with the manager and the new hire to put those objectives into an action plan. In this session, we also facilitate a discussion between the new employee and their manager about their communication styles and work preferences through the use of the DiSC profile.
