Harassment Prevention

California companies with 50 or more employees are required to provide two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors within six months of hire or promotion, and every two years thereafter.

We suggest training for all supervisors, managers and leaders, no matter the size of the company. A workplace harassment lawsuit is just not worth the financial risk, the lost productivity, and the effect on employee morale.
